Suggest Treatment For Yeast Infection Around The Groin Area

What causes yeast infection? I have had it between my buttocks and now I have it in the groin area and external genitals. I have also had it in my stomach, found by my GI doctor. I took Diflucan by mouth for 5 days and it cleared that up in my stomach and the groin. It has returned in the groin area. I need help! I am 80 years old.l

Thanks for posting on HCM
Not all skin disorders are yeast infection.I would have loved you presented your symptoms with description for HCM to see if it is yeast infection.However, fungal skin infections are common and diflucan may help take care of it with some topical anti-fungal like miconazole cream.I will suggest you see the Doctor to examine your groin areas and ascertain the type of skin problem in question.I will however advise good grpoin hygiene.
