Suggest Treatment For Yellow Vaginal Discharge And Itching
Hi, three days ago I experienced a smelless yellow cottage cheese like discharge followed by itching. I figured it was a yeast infection so I went to my near by drug store and bought Monistat 3. Everyday I used it, it has burned terribly. Today is the third day and while I don t see anymore discharge I am still experiencing itching and burning. I did research and many said it could be bacterial vagisnosis. I do not have insurance so I am not sure what I should do.

Bacterial vaginosis causes thin yellow secretions with bad odor. If the secretions are thick, cheese-like and with no odor, a yeast infection is likely.
I would recommend you to use Fluconazole. This is quite effective in treating vaginal yeast infections.
