Suggest Treatment Fro Ear Pain
i have had a head cold and sore throat and sore ears for a few days, had resolved other than nasal conjestion today. felt my ears blocked today, blew my nose this evening and felt my left ear pop and now have quite a bad pain in left ear, no discharge for the ear just extremly uncomfortable. no temperature.

you may have developed an ear infection , which is very common in cold and this is causing the pain. please meet your ent doctor for confirming this and possibility of starting antibiotics for the infection.
Meanwhile you can take tab paracetamol 500mg 2-3 times a day for the pain.
