Suggest Treatment Fro Severe Pain In Chest And Armpit

I have severe pain in the left side of my chest under my armpit it hurt a lot wheniI cough I have been having migraines also with blurred vision only see half of everything is this something I should be worried about the vision is back now but once in awhile its really bad now this pain under my arm pit

Greetings! ANSWER, your history suggest that this pain can be due to cardiac reasons or as simple as gastritis! I would like you to get a ECG and chest xray done! Migraine should be treated with regular medication! Or els it would lead to other complications!
