Suggest Treatment Lower Back Pain, Frequent Urination And Pink Spotting

Lower pack pain, frequent urination, pink spotting, eating a lot. Could I be pregnant? I m on the depo shot but my boyfriend and I use no protection. This is my 3rd month on the shot. I ve gotten my period while I ve been on it. This is just now happening.

Thanks for writing in HCM.  From the description given, your urinary problems with blood and pain, it appears that you have urinary tract infection with kidney stones or Pylonephritis (Infection of kidneys).  You need to get evaluated for this.  Kindly get the following things done: 1. Urine microscopy 2. Urine for culture and sensitivity 3. Ultrasound abdomen of Kidney, Ureter and Bladder region.  You can take help form Urologist with the above test reports for proper evaluation and management.  All the best and Wish you good health.
