Hello,

There are various methods to tackle the adenomyosis issue of uterus as:
- Hormones containing Progesterone and Levonogestrol as combination low dose contraceptives
- Endometrial electrocautery or fulgeration
- Endometrial curretage

You should discuss the best possible option for you in your clinical condition with your treating OBGYN.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
