Suggest Treatment Needed After Falling Down Stairs

I fell head first down our stairs today carrying laundry basket, water glass and glass plate. Plate did not survive but I did. Scrapes, carpet burns, swollen knee, neck shoulder pain but I cleaned up my mess and got on with my business because I am always home alone and no one was coming to help me. I hope I can move tomorrow. Should I see a doctor if I wake up in the morning? I'm tougher than I look for a girl.

Well come to HCM
If this is not the serious injury then no need to go to ER this can be managed with NSAID only and the best drug of choice would be Tab Acetaminophen with Diclofenac three times in day abrasions can be treated with Povidone ointment, if something is serious like fracture part (suspected) then this need to be investigated, hope this information helps, take care.
