Hi, for bone healing it is important that your body be healthy. But due to smoking, the body's immunity suffers and will surely be delayed. It is essential to quit smoking for your overall and current health status. You do not need to quit cold, you can decrease the number of smokes gradually over a week to 1 per day and then to every alternate day and the following week to once a week and then quit. It is difficult I agree, but keep reminding yourself of the reason you want to stop it. Watch videos that help you understand the harmful effects of smoking. Use Nicotex if you have to once a day and reduce to once a week.Hope you get well soon. Take care and quit!
