Suggest Treatment Option For White Spots On Shoulders

hello doctor, initially i got white spots all over my shoulders, then i used candid tv shampoo , as suggested by my friend. but, now the white spots are gone and my skin became very dry and its got dry layer, coloured red. all over my shoulder. what to do? will it be Prevented?? suggest me better treatment.

Hello,

As a first line management, you can apply low potency steroid creams like betamethasone for symptomatic relief. If the lesion persists, it is better to consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
