hi,
I am not sure if you are a male or female ,but you need to check out the thyroid hormonal levels ,if any stress it needs to be managed.Regular exercise and stress management like yoga and meditation might be helpful.visit a physician and get yourself evaluated ,If all these dont work then you might need to consult a psychiatrist who will help you out through counselling and medication if required.A beta blocker might be added or anti anxiety drugs might be asked to be taken.hope my advice is of some help to you.
