Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

*The recurring UTI needs an evaluation to find out the underlying reason as lack of hydration, genital hygiene, systemic issue as diabetes or others, low immunity, calculus or gravels in the urinary system or others.
*I recommend:

-Drink plenty liquids.
-Cranberry sachet once daily in glass of drinking water.
-Genital hygiene care.
-Antibiotic intake only according to the urine culture sensitivity report.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
