Suggest Treatment Or Rashes On Forehead, Neck And Collarbone

So I seem to have some sort of skin rash on my forehead and neck and collar bone area. It s tiny bumps that are near impossible to see but easily felt. They r about the size of a pen tip and a ton of them very close together. No redness jaust the bumps. They r itchy and burns a little like a sunburn. It sort of feels itchy like after rolling in grass..

I really appreciate your concern, the given symptoms could be due to some prickly heat and this can be best managed with soothing agent and best would be "Diphenhydramine lotion" try to avoid going in sun, drink more water, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
