Suggest Treatment Or Watery Eyes And Sensitive Tongue

Hi I ve had a very sensitive tongue for the past 12months, I use to be able to eat and drink pretty much everything but now I can t. The pain gets quite bad sometimes where i have tears in my eyes so meal times are not fun for me. What could be wrong with me?

You might be having vit B deficiency..
Take multivitamin tablets for few days. you will be fine..
