Suggest Treatment Pain In Muscle Below The Collar Bone
I think I just pulled some sort of muscle just below my collar bone and I noticed last nite when I sleep on my side and my chest is compressed it hurts so I need to sleep on my back or my stomach. It does not hurt unless I put both my arms together compressing my chest. I am 62 yrs old Thanks Julia

First of all you need an x-ray done for your collar bone. Use pain killer like tablet diclofenac 50 (1×PO×BD) and diclofenac topical application BD.
