Your report suggest, you are suffering from
Urinary tract infection due to
staphylococcus.
Felling itchy may be due to urethritis.
You can use following treatment
Treatment are below
1. three day course of
trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole (TMPSMX; Bactrim, Septra) is the current standard therapy,
2. with three days of trimethoprim or a fluoroquinolone (i.e., ofloxacin, norfloxacin [Noroxin], or
ciprofloxacin [Cipro]) being equally effective.

Fluoroquinolones and
nitrofurantoin become better options in your case for TMP-SMX resistance increases.
4.If oral drug is not possible, take ceftazidime parentrally.
You should shift to oral therapy with in 72 hr as you able to tolerate oral drugs.
5. Tablet cetrizine 4 mg once daily for itching.
Follow up urine culture after 14 days to confirm the eradication of bacteria.
If not resolved
consult urologist.
Take plenty of water
Do not delay in empty the bladder.
Take fruits like papaya, orange and pomegranate.
Maintain hygiene before and after urination and sex.
Put two handfuls of salt in the bath, but no other additives
Showering after a workout, changing underwear, using a clean towel to dry off with and not redressing until the area is completely dry
