Suggest Treatment Required For The Following MRI Report

My sister MRI report is ,, .diffuse posterior disc bulge with uncovertebral osteophytes at c3-4 level , causing central disc protrussion intending thecal sac , no overt nerve root compression is seen ,, diffuse posterior disc bulge with uncovertibral osteophytes at c4-5 level causing central disc protrusion indending thecal sac , no overt nerve root compression is seen..... Diffuse posterior disc bulge with uncovertebral osteophytes at c5-6 level causing central disc protrussion indending thecal sac, no overt nerve root compression is seen.... Plz help me that wat we wil do for this???? Waiting for the reply..

hi.would like to knw the age of your sister and what are the symptoms.As for the MRI report if she has cervical symptoms then conservative treatment is required in this case in the form of rest for 3 weeks.Avoid heavy work or any strenos activity.Analgesic should be given to reduce pain.If she has radicular symptoms then it should be treated accordingly.Thank u.
