Suggest Treatment Required For The Following X-ray
The doctors FINDINGS based on one xray. The heart is normal in size. The lungs are hyperinflated with may reflect COPD. Diffuse bilateral increased reticulonodular markings are likely related. There is asymmetric confluence of markings in the right upper and bilateral lower lung fields which maybe chronic changes through cannot exclude residual infiltrate. No significant paratracheal or hilar lymphadenopathy is seen. Pulmonary vasculature, mediastinal contour are unremarkable. There is minimal bilateral lower lung field pleural thickening. The aortic shadow is grossly unremarkable. Visualized bones are grossly unremarkable.
According to the chest X ray findings these are chronic problems of the lung such as emphysema and lung fibrosis. I recommend you to do a Spirometry test and a chest CT to see more specifically the lung problems.
Regards
Dr.Jolanda
