Suggest Treatment That Help Normalize Fertility

I am insulin dependant diabetic since 2005. I take novorapid as bolus abd lantus as basal for diabetes. I am on synthyroid for hypothyroidism and kapra for epilepsy. Doctor are still investigating if tge seizzure , that had happened four times in last 6 years was due to hypoglycemia or epilepsy ? I recently got married. I m looking to concieve. My recent hba1c showed 8%. I had a DNC done in 2006 from my previous marriage. The pregnancy was 8 weeks . There wasn t any reason indicated for miscarriage. My cycle from the very beginning wasn t regular. It has always been between 35 to 40 days. Bleeding has always been normal and would lasts for 5 days. Except for Feb 6, 2016 when periods happened right at 28th day with heavy menstrual flow following just by spotting in march 20 , 2016. April 23 to April 27 was my last menstrual cycle. I was due on June 1, 2016. Hpt and pee test at doctor both negative. Tgey might repeat test in two weeks time. I am stressed ..Please help !!!!

Uncontrolled diabetes & hypothyroid; both are likely to cause ovulation problem. Please don't be stressed. It is manageable with proper investigations & treatment for diabetes & low thyroid. Consult an Endocrinologist.
