Suggest Treatment That Help Relieve Dizziness For A 63-year-old
I m 63 and lately I have spells that come over me which starts with dizziness almost to the point of passing out, followed by a terrible metal like taste in my mouth. Also almost any food tastes terrible even when I m hungry almost to the point of vomiting. What do you think it could be?

The symptom that you are giving that is dizziness could happen due to many reasons. However, at your age I would recommend you to get thoroughly evaluated by but getting a CT of the brain.
