Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Fibromyalgia can be managed efficiently. Drug therapy, physiotherapy and exercises in combination will be helpful. Neurotropic drugs like pregabalan or gabapentin helps.if this is not helping then antidepressants like duloxetine will be helpful to control the symptoms. Doing cardio exercises also helps in decreasing the intensity of pain.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
