Suggest Treatment To Alleviate Pain Caused Due To Chemical Burn On Penis

I have what I believe to be a chemical burn on my penis that I got at work I washed my hand good enough so I thought after cleaning the oil and grease off of them with meniral spirits I used hand soap to wash my hands before going to the bathroom this is day two since it happened I ve washed good at home I ve used neosporin and aloe Vera gel on it and nothing has eased the pain or burning it very tough to sleep , walk , sit and wear shorts is there anything over the counter that I can try to relieve the pain and burning

shouldwash only with water repeatedly. apply sulfa diazine ointment donotapplyspirit it is not burn but scald, imiadatly should have apply cold water.can take tab paracetamol. no need to bandaging only cover it with clean linen to avoid flies to sit over it.
