Suggest Treatment To Control Anxiety Before A Surgery

I have an upcoming surgical procedure for a bowel resection, because of a previous procedure that resulted in a fistula developing. I dread the preparation for the surgery coming up in a few weeks, and am extremely anxious and nervous about it. What anti-anxiety Rx would help me in dealing with this ?
