Suggest Treatment To Develop Secondary Sexual Characteristics In Case Of Atrophic Testicles

i'm 22 yrs old.i hace bilaterally undescended testis an operation at the age of 6 was done but the testis put into the scrotum was too small.Now after doing ultrasonography,it was found that volume of both testis is .2cc and both are atrophic and hypoechoic.what is the treatment to have developed secondary sexual characteristics?

Hi.
Thank for your query.
Noted your history of being operated at the age of 6 years for undescended testes and now the recent ultrasonography showing theat they are small and atrophic , just 2 cc in volume.
I would advise you the following:
Get the blood testosterone and other hormones like FSH and LH and estrogen done and get hormone replacement done if the reports and clinical picture suggests so.
This will help you o get the secondary sexual characteristics developed under the care of an Endocrinologist.
