i have done my Lasik on 25th august .I haven't achieved good vision till now.Doctors says that it will take 3 months for full clear vision.Is this Normal?

It seems from the history that you have undergone lasik surgery and following it also your vision is not improved. The vision should improve by 1-4 weeks, if it does not do consult your ophthalmologist for examination.
You can do your yoga after 4 weeks and head bath after 2 weeks.
