Suggest Treatment To Get Proper Sleep
I have been taking brand Lunesta for some time,,I fall,asleep quickly stay asepp all,might,,feel rested when i do wake up. Due to increased cost on Medicare part d, 7haved switched to generic form (Eszopiclone) I don t feel I get a good nites sleep & wake up,often . Just these last two days I have had itching chest area mostly. As a matter of fact am up,now, not able to sleep, I ve just taken a 5-mg Valium so still get s o m e sleep. Is there something in the two forms of pills that would cause this effect, my do is 10-27-37, yor help would be appreciated, now have to,Bo,to,sleep!

Changing the brand of a medication can sometimes lead to varied effects of the medicine. It is possible that switching from Lunesta to the generic form has lead to reduced effects. If one brand of a medicine suits you best, it is better to continue that. If that's not possible then you can be given other brands by your doctor or even other molecules to see which other medicine suits you best.
Itching and rashes can be seen with a number of medicines. If the itching has started after taking Valium, then there is a possibility the itching is due to that. It is advisable to visit your psychiatrist to adjust your medication for early relief.
