Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of
dark circles. There can be many reasons for dark circles , but in your case it seems to me that dark circles are due to lack of sleep and
tiredness. In your case dark circles are due to change in lifestyle and can be treated easily . I would suggest you to :-
- Avoid Caffeine consumption , which is also one of the contributing factor .
- Take proper rest , At least 6 hour of sleep is necessary .
- Drink plenty of water to keep yourself hydrated , Drink at least 8-9 glasses of water .
- Cut a fresh cucumber into thick slices and chill them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Put the slices on dark circles for about 10 minutes twice a day .
- Apply rose water for 15 minutes and then wash away .
If the condition doesn't improve then
consult dermatologist for proper treatment . There are few treatment options available like :-
- pulsed
light therapy.
- skin resurfacing .
- injectable fillers .
