Hi there,
I am Dr Deepak. I see a lot of head injury cases in the ER.
I understand that you are having a difficult time following the head injury because of the swelling.
Since the injury had happened 10 yrs back, and its a cosmetic problem that you are having. My advice to you will be to show a Plastic Surgeon. He will properly assess your swelling that might require a scan, to decide if the swelling is because of bone deformity or heamatoma.
After that he can discuss with you what best can be done for the swelling.
Thank you
Hope your concern will resolve soon.
