Suggest Treatment To Get Rid Of Sinus Pain

I have had continued sinus pain. I have had this pain for several months. I did take an antibiotic for 7 days. It relieved some symptoms for a little while, but it came back or maybe it never left. my question is will I have nasal polyps if this continues on and what can I do to relieve the syptoms and to finally get this to go away

Hello,

You should understand that your sinus pain is due to sinusitis and the only antibiotic will not be sufficient so you will also have to take an antihistaminic along with an NSAID such as ibuprofen.

Regular steam inhalation will also help relieve sinus pain. Yo can see a doctor if this pain persists or worsen.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
