Dear sir, I am 24 years old.. My pennies is very small.when in normal condition only the top skin would be visible. When erivted the size of pennies would be only 2-3 inc..plz help me with the solution.. My pennies looks like a pennies of a 2 year child

As mentioned by you that size of your erect penis is around 2 to 3 inch.
some men have a penis around 3 or 4 inches long, but it’s fairly uncommon to be only 1 or 2 inches long when erect. So I would suggest you to see urologist for examination and further help.
