in hockey i had to hit on my left foot on the inside (right side of my left foot) part of my foot however when I couldn t bare wait on it there was more pressure being put on the left side bit of my foot… there was no swelling or bruising when i got hit. However I m finding it really hard to walk as the left hand side of my left foot really hurts and when i squeeze my left foot the left side is very painful what may i have done and what can i do to treat it quickly?
