Suggest Treatment To Overcome Depression And Mood Swings
im 41yrs old, im 167cms and i weight 69kilos.. my question please, how to help myself get rid of an ex-marriage experience and move forward.. its been a year now and im passing through fluctuating feelings and swinging mood.. lots of depression maybe a silent depression and lots of resentment specially when i meet a new guy.. ive been betrayed and not able to help it!!.. i would love to get myself back.. im a nurse but im not able to help myself.. and i dont want to end up in a psychiatry clinic..
If you are having trouble with mood swings and feelings of resentment often because of a past relationship, it would be advisable to visit a psychologist for therapy. From your history, it is likely that medications may not be required at the moment. But visiting a psychologist would be advisable. Psychiatry clinic is meant to help out any such kind of trouble, not necessarily to treat only the mentally ill persons. There is nothing wrong in visiting the clinic.
Hope this helps, Dr A Rao
