Suggest Treatment To Reduce Fever During Typhoid
My father have typhoid 1gm pasitive and 1gGnegative and temprature ringing prom100to 103 and cough also have and we admet him in a hospetle 5 days the doctors give him in the bigning 3 bags blood becouse his hb was 6.3 now hb is 9.8 and doctor give him penro (meropenem)injection500 mg three time in a day total 3days but fiver not come in control plz show me what i do for his better thanks

Meropene 500 mg three times in day is the best antibiotics in its class.
As you mentioned that you father is still having fever and cough also present .
Usually in typhoid , fever ranges from 99 F to 100 F ,but in your father case it is very high , even 103 , in my opinion the cause of fever is not typhoid .
Such high fever with cough may be due to .
1 Tuberculosis , diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray chest with blood examination for C B C & E S R.
2 The next reason of such high fever with cough may be due to pneumonitis , diagnosis can be confirmed by X ray chest and blood examination.
3 In your father case the hemoglobin level was less so this in itself is the cause of fever . Now it is elevated but just because of blood transfusion so consult a physician and get his opinion that , why such low level of hemoglobin was there .
Consult another physician and get his opinion.
