I'm 18 years old and I am 5'0 and I weight 163 lbs. I have been tested for thyroid problems and they never found anything wrong. I try to exercise at least 45 minutes a day and I don't seem to be losing any weight at all. My GOAL weight is 125 because I believe that is a healthy weight for someone my age and height. I really need to lose weight!! Please help!!

But I can definitely help you to cut down on your weight . Don't be in a hurry. You need a regular routine and you must stick to this for quite sometime. Interesting indeed. Thank you for your query. Actually there is no magic plan to achieve weight reduction , but I can certainly help you out. Try to maintain a balanced diet with cereals , proteins ,vegetables . Even a little oil and fat is also required. Try to eat around 4-5 fruits a day. Keep away from fried food , soft drinks . Have small meals at regular intervals. That's all about the diet. It would be great if you could add to that a bit of physical exercise and cardio workouts like walking and jogging. I can give you a trick. Just while coming home from any institution or office or college , step down at one bus stop earlier. Walk up that bit. Walking for half an hour for 5 days a week is good enough. To this if you can add some physical exercise , it would be even better. Feel free to ask any other question.
