General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you've entered into the peri-menopausal stage. This is a type of hormonal changes before entering full menopause.

So, this is all-natural. In case you do not feel well or comfortable, you can get helped with hormonal replacement therapy.

However, what we recommend is to let nature do its duty. Keep regular follow-ups with your gynecologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
