hello doc, i am 31, having pcos sincr childhood. from the last 3 years i was on oral contraceptives to regulate my periods till feb 16. i got married in mar 16 and since den i am not using dis oral contraceptives. After feb 16 i havent got periods for 2.5 months and den taken meprate for 7 days, waited for another 17 days for periods . i have seen a gynac on 08. 06. 2016, she told me to check my fsh and amh levels. i took d test on 10june and my fsh levels are 1. 81 and amh levels are 8. 3. also would like to mention that i have withdrawal on 10 jun afternoon. please help how can i become pregnant since my cycles are irregular.

Okay. Cannot say in your particular case, but generally, metformin or exercise and weight loss are recommended to treat PCOS.
