Welcome to HCM
I have read and understood your query
Hope it may help
The soreness you are feeling even after months of the initial fall must be due to the muscle and tendon injury. The muscle injury takes several months before you start feeling good.keep on taking anti-inflammatory painkiller. Also take supplements containing vitamin B 12 as they are very good for muscles and nerves.
Do a regular massage of the legs and keep them warm at night.Donot do stress exercises or tasks that put extra effort on legs and butts.
I will be happy to know if it was helpful. You can approach us anytime with another query
