Suggest Treatment To Remove Dark Brow Small Spot On Face

there is a small spot type thing on my face. it is dark brown in colour and it looks like a small tear drop. it is on my chin. it started out as a sore(i think) roughly 5 years ago. when you pierce the skin blood comes out, but it is not a sore. it is raised slightly and i would like to remove it. what is it?
