Hi, I ve recently had lice and I don t think I have any more bugs in my hair or eggs (I hope theres no more). Anyways, I keep finding this gray linty stuff on my brush bristles, and I have no idea what it is. Do you have as to any idea what it would be?
I can understand your concern for the lice on the head. After analyzing the query I can get that you have nits rather than mites alone. In such kind of cases application of anti-mite lotions as very much recommended. In my patients with your kind of situation I generally prescribe Permethrin 1 % lotion for 12 hours application. It is to be repeated after 7 days of period to get best relief. It is also quite important to take out all the nits manually to get complete cure. If the nits are not removed then there is high possibility of recurrence. You can take further guidance form your doctor. All the best.
