Hello,

First of all you need to know the cause of the black spots. Candid will help only in limited fungal infection. Are the areas itchy? Taenia is the commonest fungal infection of the skin (arises in wet and moist areas).

Usually Terbinafine cream helps in these. But first it needs to be confirmed whether it is a Taenia infection. You may need to do a blood sugar test, as i see you are just 21 yrs of age.

I would suggest you to visit a dermatologist for examination and to confirm whether at all this is a fungal infection (acanthosis nigricans needs to be excluded).

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ayusmati Thakur
