General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Yes, I'm here to help solving your doubts and health problems hopefully. If orthopedic specialist advised to continue jumping and running without problem, then, should not get worried, and do as advised.

If no comment from your orthopedic doctor, then, I think you should get a further consultation with him/her in order to understand your current situation and decide the most suitable physical activities for you.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
