I have nausea I ve been having problems breathing it feels like something is sitting on my chest I ve thrown up once I ve been getting very bad headaches and I ve been going back and forth between constipation and diarrhea and having problems with my vision

For breathing problem you can take salbutamol or deriphylline after an expert opinion along with pantop-dsr or rabson-dsr empty stomach for nausea and gastric upset. Take nitazoxanide twice daily for 5 days with paracetamol as and when required for severe headache.
