Cardiologist 's  Response
Hello Ma'am

I have read the details provided by you and I understand your concern for starting your family. Making a right treatment decision for Rheumatic heart disease patient is a multidisciplinary approach taking into consideration History, physical examination and some tests like ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY.
After echo we can be sure how much severe is the disease and what treatment option will suit the best.
so I would like to advise you to consult a cardiologist personally, get an echocardiography done and then the right plan will be decided. After treatment a three to six months wait before conceiving is usually advised.

wish you all the best
