I have been experiencing low back pain for more than a year now. last month, I took an MRI and it showed that the left posterolateral bulge of the L5-S1 interverterbral disc noted causing mild thecal sac identation, left neural foraminal compromise and pressure on left traversing nerve root. i have been going for physiotherapy for a ling time but the proble still remain and sometimes it gets so painful. kindly advise me on what to do.
