hi i think i have chronic sinusitis, i seem to be getting it more frequently now, have suffered with it over the years, doc told me op is worse than the symptoms, has given me beconase spray to take all the time, told me it is a preventative measure against my sinuses flaring up, but i stopped taking it as i thought i felt worse, but not sure if it was sinus problem or the spray! i sometimes wake up with a horrible heavy head which makes me feel sick, i have been using a nasal irrigation sinus wash for the past week, and i think they have improved, but still get headaches in the middle of my forehead, between the eyes,. i notice when central heating is on, i feel worse.

any treatments you can advise please
