Suggest Treatments For Crohn S Disease,IBS And Weight Loss

hi iv been having issues for some time with crohns and ibs symptoms and iv been seeing a gastro specialist and had numerous tests done including a camera going up either passage a scan of my abdomen and a meal test iv also worked with a dietitian to find any sort of triggers to set off my symptoms which started off with rapid weight loss and severe pain as well as diarrhea and havent changed apart from iv been able to put some of the weight back on but now i also suffer from tingling in my left leg and arm that is intermitent

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of issues like Crohn's and IBS, Seeing Gastro specialist, endoscopy, Scans, consultation with Dietitian. Started as loss of weight, diarrhea and now tingling in left leg and arm.
The most probable diagnosis I can think of are:
Thyrotoxicosis
Intestinal infection
Diabetes.
Hence I would advise you the following:
Blood tests for thyroid, diabetes.
Stool tests for 3 consecutive days.
These tests will help to get a diagnosis.
If all the tests are negative, then a probable IBS and then the treatment will depend upon the symptoms that you have.
Treatment of the stress and /or anxiety would also help a lot.
Add probiotics.
Re-do the list of the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance your problems
