Hi Dear,
according to your history you are having Thyroid and depression both.
but you did not mention whether you have hyper or hypo thyroid? and since when? and since when you are on treatment? as you described 25mg but which medicine? and what is your last thyroid report? sometimes depression is related to thyroid level. if your thyroid level is not normal what ever medication you took for depression nothing will help you as your depression is related to thyroid and which is not allow you to cure from depression. so first consult good physician for thyroid problem.
In thyroid and also in depression appetite is decreased and so if both clear appetite is increased so not to worry about appetite.
And for depression many medication and psychotherapy works better but according to proper history and proper examination would prescribed so consult a psychiatrist for the same..
