Suggest Treatments For Ingrown Facial Hair And One Side Of Face Larger Than Other

The one side of my face looks considerably larger from my jawline to ear I suffer from multiple ingrown hairs that are very long when removed. The hair grows any way it wants. I am an obsessed male with no social life to speak of. I have tried everything, there is no relief. Help!

Hi.
As per your case history you are having psedo-folliculitis.
My treatment advice is -
1. Use a trimmer to cut the facial hair.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic cream like fusiderm cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for pain and levocetrizine for itching.
4. Long term treatment is laser hair removal done by a dermatologist.
