Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You have vitamin B12 deficiency. You may have some problems with absorption of vit b12 from gastrointestinal tract. You injectable vit b12 is the better choice. You should take a course of injectable vit b12.
Consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
