Last two days I am suffering from lower back pain on both the sides>
From last few months I am also in to drinking alchohal and my BP is 199/95

Your BP is very high and you would need an emergency treatment.
Visit your physician immediately.
For back pain you can take tablet combiflam. Do hot compresses. Meet a physiotherapist for exercises.
Quit alcohol as it can affect your BP.
But treating your BP is the top priority now.
