Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns
I went through your details. Panic attacks or panic disorder is always because of the underlying
anxiety disorder. I suggest, for the time being, you should not worry about the panic attack relapse symptoms. Unless you clear the underlying anxiety disorder, the panic symptoms will relapse, even though in mild form. Please don't worry about the symptoms or be anxious about the symptoms.
These panic attack symptoms come because you fear something and when you fear body reacts with "fight or flight syndrome". You should stop faring what you fear. For that you should know it, understand it and reduce the fear of it. This takes time.
I suggest you to
consult a psychologist for Cognitive Behavior Therapy. If the anxiety symptoms are unbearable (they seldom are unless you misunderstand it), you may
consult a psychiatrist for anti-anxiety medicine.

Hope this answers your query. Further clarifications are welcome.
Good luck. Take care.
